  • Polar Cold Caps are rented on a monthly basis for $375 per month plus shipping and handling. The initial charge will include a $375 deposit which will be refunded once the caps are returned. Total initial charge will be $750 plus shipping and handling.

  • Monthly billing starts on day of initial purchase. Recurring charges will be on a monthly basis and processed on the same date of original order. Rental charges will discontinue once caps are returned within individual containers. If caps are returned prior to or after initial start date, charges will be prorated accordingly.
